Defective Merchandise

All tems are considered to be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty once sold to customer and leave the store. These items are not possible for return to Race Dawg RC and must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. NO EXCEPTIONS. However, we will do our best to assist you in cases where the item may be defective “out of the package”. Please contact us if you have any questions

Orders with payment options: Shop pay, Klarna, Sezzle and Afterpay

All orders placed with Shop pay, Klarna, Sezzle and Afterpay will be subject up to 10% of the purchase price if order is canceled, refunded or returned, Transactions fees charged to Racedawg RC by the Merchants are non-Refundable.

Unopened items,

Any Item that is unopened and in original packaging can be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping.
